Having joined Flowcrete in 2014, Lee Gwyther has launched himself into a new combined position as a North West Account Manager/Flowcrete Technical Advisor.
His foundation course in Flowcrete was spent in the Sales and Estimating section of the Isocrete Project Management department. Here he was responsible for pricing commercial and residential underfloor heating and screed systems.
In early 2015 he moved to the bustling world of Sales Order Processing, where he expanded his product knowledge and started to build relationships with the business’ contractors. Lee then joined the Technical Department where his passion for providing technical help and guidance to architects, contractors and consultants could flourish.
His new position, covering the Technical Department and handling accounts and prospective customers in the North West, allows Lee to combine his product knowledge, technical knowledge and sales experience all at the same time. Lee is thriving within this specialist role and is enjoying the fact that he can further his knowledge and skill set while maintaining strong relationships with the North West accounts.
