The resin flooring specialist recently organised a three day employee family engagement outing to picturesque Yercaud for a relaxing weekend and fun for all the family.

The objective of the trip was to unite the families of Flowcrete India’s employees so as to gain a better understanding of each other and to help build an even more successful working relationship.

Getting to know colleagues in an environment other than the office can work wonders for creating a healthy team spirit and with a never-ending stream of emails and lengthy to-do lists, sometimes employees just need some rest and rejuvenation!

Stepping away from the computer screen for a few hours to focus on something other than work is sometimes exactly what a person needs in order to come back more focused and productive than before, and it has certainly helped the Flowcrete India team.

The staff stayed in a luxurious resort situated between a lake and a forest with a verdant coffee plantation in the surrounding area. The accomodation was beautifully designed and maintained and reflected the heritage of the site perfectly.

Some major highlights of the trip included family games, a bonfire complete with a lovely dance from the employee’s families, a sightseeing trip to the temples , boating in the lake and even bungee jumping and zorbing.

The get-together served to demonstrate Flowcrete India’s appreciation of its employees, which is sure to be reciprocated in the staff’s commitment towards the business’ future growth and success.
