Following the successful re-launch of its Deckshield ED car park coating system, Flowcrete Australia is currently running a campaign which aims to educate specifiers, site managers and other flooring professionals on the importance of a well chosen car park coating material.
The hub of the Transform and Protect campaign is a web-microsite, which contains:
- A series of infographics.
- Factors Affecting Car Park Design
This infographic details considerations which need to be made when refurbishing an existing, or designing a new car park. - Deckshield Vs Alternative Products
Here, Flowcrete Australia showcase the benefits and differences between Deckshield Car Park Coating and traditional asphalt alternatives.
- Factors Affecting Car Park Design
- A collection of blog posts from Managing Director, Sean Tinsley.
- Sean takes advantage of his new ‘blogging’ role to answer some important questions: How can a car park refurbishment be achieved without disrupting operations? Why should I consider putting a protective coating on a car park floor? What are the main considerations when specifying an external car park?
- An application video.
- This short video shows the process, from start to finish, of laying a Deckshield coating and clearly shows the aesthetic benefits of the resulting finish.
The microsite also contains a wealth of information, including imagery and case studies from the Deckshield range, as well as Flowcrete’s Car Park Deck Coating Whitepaper, “How To Achieve Perfection in Multi-storey and Underground Car Park Protection”.
The Transform and Protect campaign has since been adopted by Flowcrete India, who are also aiming to increase levels of understanding in their region.
