Top 5 Construction and Design Events to Attend

When delving into the world of construction events, conferences and exhibitions, it is surprising at just how many there are in and around Europe alone. These events each have a specific focus to help facilitate construction and streamline the processes involved in all elements of it, including the products, skills, technologies and ideas surrounding flooring.

Whether you are an architect, designer, facility manager, applicator, contractor or product specialist, we have outlined the top 5 construction events that you should visit to help you learn more about the flooring market around Europe.

1. European ConTech Summit – London, U.K, January 2019

As seems to be the way of the world, everything is becoming digitalised, so it is no real surprise that companies have been working on ways to digitalise construction. To keep up to date with the latest innovations, attend the European ConTech Summit, exploring how tech can transform the construction industry.

Now in its 6th year, the CN Summit brings together over 400 major figures, from contractors and their supply chain to public and private sector clients, in order to discuss how to adapt future business strategies and to analyse what the future holds for different markets.

Often hosted in January, this year’s Summit focused on AproPLAN, a construction management application for mobile and tablet devices that allows stakeholders to keep track of all on-site activities and exchange information at the touch of a button. Keep your eyes peeled for next year’s dates!

This Expo features four dedicated exhibitions, encompassing the best the market has to offer in terms of materials, construction systems, windows and doors, surfaces, building envelope solutions and more.
