Flowcrete India Expands for the Future

Recently, Flowcrete India’s impressive growth has led to a rapid headcount increase in order to introduce products into new regions, develop market share and set up a more streamlined business. Despite only having been present in India’s flooring industry for six years, Flowcrete India has already become a prominent part of the sector, popular among the nation’s large-scale developments.

To facilitate this expansion, Flowcrete India has recently appointed a new head for its technical department. Mr Nageswara Rao was the perfect fit for the task at hand, coming to the resin flooring specialists with 25 years of experience, much of it working in the Middle East as a civil engineer. The Flowcrete India team are confident that Rao and the invigorated technical team will help to propel the business forward.

Growth in Bangalore’s Construction Market

At the same time, Mr Shankaran Subramanian has joined as the Regional Manager South. Stationed in Bangalore, his role will include managing and extending the business in that area alongside promoting the construction chemical products within Flowcrete India’s product range.

Shankaran will be instrumental to the business as it seeks to build on its investments and presence in the territory. The Flowcrete India team have identified the region as one rife with opportunity and are exploring a wide variety of possibilities to get on the specification list for new projects in the market. His long list of technical accreditations and skills makes Shankaran ideally placed to provide architects, developers and specifiers with the flooring information and advice that they need to know.

Euclid Collaboration News

Flowcrete India has embraced a collaborative business strategy with fellow RPM International Inc. subsidiary Euclid Chemical to introduce a wider range of construction chemicals to the nation’s market.

As part of this, Flowcrete India is pleased to announce several new appointments to increase the sales and technical capabilities of Euclid Chemical’s business in key regions of the country.

This includes new Area Sales Managers for construction chemicals in the Northern and Southern regions. Mr Prabhakaran Gopalakrishnan and Mr Karikalan will be promoting this range of products across India’s South, while Mr Arun Shukla will be responsible for carving a space for the company in the North.

The in-depth product knowledge and sharp business acumen of these men will be invaluable assets for cementing strong relationships, building a brand preference and promoting Euclid Chemical solutions to infrastructure companies, builders, contractors, structural engineers and consultants.

Getting Technical

And the new appointments don’t stop there, as a Technical Manager for Admixtures and Construction Products has also been hired. Ravi Kumararaman will be supporting the use of admixture products locally, assisting the expansion of this portfolio, finding cost optimisation possibilities and assisting the sales team with technical, project-base inquiries. He has come to us with a strong knowledge of construction chemicals and an impressive background as a civil engineer.

Mangesh Patil will also be available to provide specialist advice on construction products. His 15 years in India’s construction chemicals industry means that he has built up a wealth of knowledge that will prove invaluable to Flowcrete, Euclid and our clients.

A key aspect of Mr Patil’s experience is in extensively testing construction materials, which will be crucial to his new role as it includes optimising formulations to enhance the existing high performance technology as well as provide cost-saving benefits to clients.

Committed to Expanding

Flowcrete India is now well underway in building a dedicated team of experts to ensure that Euclid Chemical systems are promoted to the Indian market, that they match the critical requirements and international standards demanded by clients and that they have a competitive edge for quality, performance and cost.

Collectively these appointments symbolise Flowcrete India’s strong commitment to further expanding its construction chemical business capabilities. A key part of this is explaining its systems to the market and targeting the areas of the country that are witnessing a significant increase in the amount of construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects.

However, Flowcrete India’s growth doesn’t end here – as the sky is the limit for the business’ expansion in the future!
