In recent years, company culture has become essential for any business. Not only does it attract the best talent, it also adds to the success of its brand identity. By emphasising community and storytelling employers can encourage workplace culture by using people’s stories and personalities to form their corporate culture and make their business stand out from their competitors.
With this in mind, we’re taking a look at a new social media campaign launched this week.
Taking a nod to their company slogan ‘for the world at your feet’ the global resin flooring manufacturer, Flowcrete, have launched a fun social media campaign, focussing on the faces and personalities behind the brand, which they’ve affectionately nicknamed #flowcretefootprint.
The campaign aims to bring together leadership, employees and customers by sharing daily experiences and interactions with the global brand. Whether on a job site, in the office or at networking events, users are being encouraged to snap selfies and group photographs documenting their brand experiences.
The ‘footprint’ snaps can be shared on multiple social networks, including Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, using the important #flowcretefootprint hashtag. These snaps are then aggregated into one central ‘footprint’ pin board found at www.flowcrete.com/footprint.
To add to the fun, each month, a winning #flowcretefootprint snap will be selected, with one lucky snapper winning a mystery prize.
We took a look at the #flowcretefootprint pin board and selected a few of our favourite posts!
