Flowcrete India is all geared up to participate in one of the most anticipated events of its annual calendar – a two-day industrial and commercial flooring conference on the theme of “Technology, Trends and Innovation’’.
This conference is an initiative of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Southern Region, and has been devised to meet a pressing need, which is to further understanding about advances in flooring technology. The conference will provide attendees with information, insights and advice into new materials available to the flooring industry.
Flowcrete India is a co-sponsor of the conference and Vivekanandan Margasahayam, the Vice President of Flowcrete India, is co-chairing the entire two-day event and its experts will be delivering presentations on stamped concrete and resin flooring systems.
Flowcrete India’s stall will provide a great platform for the resin flooring manufacturer to showcase its resin flooring systems as well as its new range of Euclid Chemical products, which are high performance construction chemicals solutions that have only recently been introduced to the Indian construction industry.
Speakers with eminent profiles across the industry will also be taking to the stage to share their knowledge on different topics and ideas from across the industrial and commercial flooring sectors.
Construction is a growing market in India and there is a great scope for large-scale flooring projects on the horizon. The advent of several new technologies and the increasing use of specialized machinery has meant that the field has changed beyond recognition – which highlights the importance of providing a space to keep construction professionals up to date. This is especially crucial in India, where the industrial and commercial flooring segments have been maintaining a healthy pace of growth in the recent few years, with India emerging as a key market for newer technologies.
The key sessions at the conference will focus on design standards; engineering processes and available materials; equipment and automation; quality standards; testing procedures; interior and exterior coatings; and refurbishment solutions.
