Flowfresh HF is a solvent free, low odor and one-step, trowel applied cementitious urethane mortar known for its thermal shock, heavy impact, abrasion and chemical resistance. It is unaffected by MVT allowing moisture to move through it at a safe rate and can be installed up to 1/4” thickness.
Flowfresh HF is very low in odor, phthalate-free and will cure to service very quickly. The system is recommended for projects with very short installation and cure windows including phased, weekend or routine maintenance floor renovation projects.
The system is stable for steam cleaning and is resistant to boiling water and process liquids up to 250°F when applied at 1/4” nominal thickness.
A Flowfresh HF floor is the best solution to enable good hygiene to be maintained, long term in food production areas. Flowfresh HF is dense and impervious, meaning that soil and contamination can be easily cleaned from the surface. Such characteristics ensure cleanability similar to stainless steel, even on highly profiled slip resistant floors
Flowfresh HF incorporates Polygiene®, a built-in silver-ion antimicrobial that inhibits growth of bacterial odors and guards against degradation from microorganisms. Plant owners and managers value the antimicrobial protection as a second line of defense for ensuring sanitization in between wash cycles.
This, together with the material’s chemical and live steam resistance, makes Flowfresh HF an excellent basis for a safe and germ-free food-processing environment.
Flowfresh HF provides a matte, textured surface that is seamless and has excellent anti-slip properties. The system is available in a range of vibrant colours to brighten working environments.
The system is used most commonly in food and beverage processing environments; meat, poultry and seafood processing facilities, brewhouse and dairies as well as in chemical processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants and other industrial environments subject to wet service conditions.
A correctly specified, installed and maintained Flowfresh HF system will provide a robust and dependable surface that effectively meets the challenging requirements of food and beverage processing facilities while at the same time generates significant lifecycle cost savings for plant managers over a 10-year period.
The real bottom-line benefit of Flowfresh HF is the reduced maintenance requirements that are yielding immediate savings for plant managers. Washdowns are much easier to perform and because the floors resist abrasion, chemicals and impact, we are not interrupting production for repairs or recoating.
