Flowscreed Industrial Top is a high-strength floor screed designed for industrial environments and is available in thicknesses ranging from 5mm to an ultra strong 30mm layer.
A fast drying, pump applied, floor topping for fast track renovation of concrete floors, it is perfect for warehouses, production zones, aircraft hangars, automotive process lines and other areas where a hardwearing level floor is required.
The high quality screed is manufactured from a combination of natural and recycled raw materials and is completely free from Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC). The strong durable floor topping also boasts self levelling properties as well as being fast drying, meaning that floor systems can be installed after 24 hours depending on the thickness of the screed, ambient temperatures and humidity.
Fast turnaround times are made possible because of the rapid installation potential of the product, with 2000m2 per day easily attainable under suitable conditions. The screed also sets incredibly quickly and is trafficable within 2-4 hours under the correct conditions.
With a high compressive strength of 35N/mm2, Flowscreed Industrial Top can also be used in conjunction with Flowcrete resin toppings to provide superior aesthetics and much improved wear and chemical resistance.
The environmentally friendly green formulation is now also available in Flowcrete’s product portfolio in the National BIM library.
