We’re delighted to announce that Flowcrete UK has been awarded the Investors in People Silver standard! This accreditation is in recognition of the high-quality people management policies that have supported, developed and motivated employees.

The Investors in People award is based on the result of interviews conducted with members of staff. The report on Flowcrete praised not only the overall positive, loyal, dedicated and well-motivated mind-set but also the approachable manner of the management team and the policies of staff development and family-life/work life balance arrangements that have been implemented.

Investors in People said that they were extremely impressed by the Flowcrete staff and their business knowledge and we were told that Flowcrete was one of the best and most passionate companies that the interviewer had been to.

This standard was comfortably achieved, as we got 124 points in the review when we only needed 115.

Investors in People are the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management and provide a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow.

This is the second award that has been presented to Flowcrete UK and is of a much higher standard than the first, exemplifying our commitment to constantly developing the quality of the working environment.
