At Procurex Scotland Live 2014 Flowcrete UK will be demonstrating to public sector decision makers why its range of specialist resin floors has been embraced by locations across the country.
Scotland’s biggest public sector procurement event will be taking place on 21st October at Glasgow’s Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre. It will see buyers and suppliers come together to help formulate procurement strategies that take into account the very latest procedures, technologies and ideas.
The one-day event will also include the Scottish Government Tenth National Public Procurement Conference, where representatives responsible for managing the £10 billion per year national public procurement expenditure will meet.
The diverse variety of Flowcrete UK’s adaptable and customisable screeds and resin flooring systems means that it is able to supply floors tailored to the individual demands of each site.
Flowcrete flooring solutions can be found in various locations across Scotland including the Fire Service HQ in Hamilton, the National Museum of Scotland, the SSE Hydro Arena and the Battle of Bannockburn Visitor’s Centre.
The effectiveness of Flowcrete’s floors to be both aesthetically pleasing and durable makes them an incredibly popular choice amongst architects and project managers.
The architectural excellence of both the Battle of Bannockburn Visitor’s Centre and the SSE Hydro was recognised at the 2014 Scottish Design Awards. The architects behind the commemorative Bannockburn building, Reiach & Hall, won the event’s Architectural Practise of the Year thanks in large part to this project and the Chairman’s Award for Architecture was presented to Foster & Partners for Glasgow’s newest entertainment arena.
Stand 71 of Procurex Scotland Live 2014 will be where the public sector’s procurement experts can find out more about Flowcrete UK’s flooring solutions and how they can optimise the aesthetics, functionality, safety and hygiene within a wide range of environments.
