Flowcrete Americas is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Dompert in the newly created role of Technical Services Specialist.

Doug has extensive experience in the US polymer floor coatings industry having worked previously in both application and technical trouble-shooting roles for other specialty flooring companies.

The Texan manufacturer of seamless resin floor and wall coating solutions believes that Doug’s appointment will prove instrumental in the company’s plan to develop a contractor training program in the near future, which can be rolled out to its existing customer network and also help to attract new applicator partners.

Doug will also be tasked with working alongside contractor partners to supervise any on-site installation obstacles as well as to investigate any challenges in order to ensure a prompt resolution for the client.
