Next week is the start of Concrete Week and running alongside this event is the Totally Concrete Expo 2014.

Flowcrete South Africa exhibited at the inaugural Totally Concrete expo last year and we had a fantastic time! Therefore it made sense to exhibit again this year, especially as the plan was to considerably grow and develop the show. And the organisers have not disappointed – they have introduced the Africa Construction Expo, which will be co-located at this year’s event. This will be the only forum that brings together construction professionals from the entire African continent.

The event offers contractors, engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, designers and property owners a platform to meet under one roof. With 6,000 attendees already pre-registered for the conference and exhibition we’re excited about the exposure we will get at the event.

Flowcrete South Africa has increased our stand size from last year and has a focused plan for the event. Not only will we be introducing the new K-Bag from the Isocrete range but we’ll also be showcasing the new Flowfresh formulation, which has enhanced the polyurethane screed with brighter colours and other benefits.

For the first time at any exhibition Flowcrete South Africa will have some Scanmaskin machines on display at our stand, a Scan Combiflex 650 and a Scan Combiflex 450NS. We are the sole distributors of Scanmaskin machines and accessories in South Africa, a fact we will be celebrating at Totally Concrete by having a lucky draw to win a Scanmaskin toolbox with promo items! Paulo Bergstrand, Managing Director of Scanmaskin Sweden, will also be at the exhibition to answer any questions that attendees might have about the grinding machines.
