The Polygiene® silver-ions are homogeneously distributed throughout the floor and travel to the surface.  The cell membrane of the bacteria on the surface of the floor is penetrated by the silver-ions and destroyed.

This unique technology reduces the build up of surface bacteria by up to 99.9% and actively kills common bacterium on contact including E-coli, Salmonella Typhi, MRSA, Listeria Weshimen and Staphylococcus Aureus.  Polygiene® also works to inhibit the growth of yeast and mould on the surface of the floor.
